Lo chef internazionale Oscar Precenzano ad Amalfi lancia il format di Cooking Classes

Il nuovo format imprenditoriale di ristorazione, turismo e tradizione italiana apre ad Amalfi con lo Chef Internazionale Oscar Precenzano. Con i Corsi di Cucina di Precenzano, Presidente Onorario dell’Università Popolare del Gusto, il turista potrà fare un viaggio nei sapori, nei profumi e nella storia della Costiera Amalfitana diventando allo stesso tempo il protagonista durante la trasformazione e la elaborazione creativa culinaria. Il Cooking Classes è rivolto ai turisti ed a chi vuole conoscere le basi della Cucina Tradizionale Regionale ed accrescere il livello di cultura culinaria.
La lezione invece consiste nella preparazione di piatti tipici locali ed al termine della stessa si potranno anche gustare in compagnia dello Chef Precenzano che illustrerà anche l’abbinamento dei vini tipici regionali da degustare insieme alle pietanze. Il Format di Cooking Classes nel mese di luglio 2022 avrà un tema culinario settimanale differente in ogni giovedì:

The international chef Oscar Precenzano in Amalfi launches the new Cooking Classes Format The new entrepreneurial format of catering, tourism and Italian tradition opens in Amalfi with the International Chef Oscar Precenzano. With the Precenzano Cooking Courses, Honorary President of the Popular University of Taste, tourists can take a journey into the flavors, aromas and history of the Amalfi Coast becoming at the same time the protagonist during the transformation and creative culinary elaboration.
The Cooking Classes is aimed at tourists and those who want to know the basics of Traditional Regional Cuisine and increase the level of culinary culture. The lesson instead consists in the preparation of typical local dishes and at the end of the same they can also be tasted in the company of Chef Precenzano who will also illustrate the combination of typical regional wines to be tasted together with the dishes. The Cooking Classes Format in July 2022 will have a different weekly culinary theme on every Thursday:
  • On July 14 Salento cuisine;
  • on July 21 Sicilian cuisine; o
  • n July 28, Campania cuisine.
